BCBA Supervision

Assure Behavioral Services, Board Certified Behavior Analyst Supervision is directed at building intelligent and powerful candidates to empower lives of the clients they will work with. The population BCBA service are dynamic and ever changing individuals. Our teaching methods utilize best practice to encourage and facilitate client’s growth in accessing their goals. Our supervision emphasizes the use of scientific advances in providing treatment to break from the normative of what has been done will continue to suffice. Each Supervise candidate will be prepared to enter their new role as a BCBA by learning essential key skills from the BACB task list and tailoring to meet the supervisee’s interests.

Getting Started- Three Steps

First Step- Meet & Greet

Reach out to Assure Behavioral Solutions via Email: Information@assurebehavioral.com here with your availability. For a quick and brief phone call. Within this phone call we will discuss the overview of the supervision program, curriculum that will be used, requirements that need to be met. Our team will answer all questions related to supervision including how to accumulate hours. Following this meeting, we will send a required supervision contract that needs to be signed to begin accumulating your hours. (Congratulations! This is a large step closer towards your goal of becoming a BCBA!)

Second Step- Scheduling

After the initial meet and greet, signing of the supervision contract and answering related questions we will start modifying our schedule to meet your busy and productive lifestyle. Learning opportunities are created to follow 5th edition task list. Depending on the amount of hours you would like to accrue each month (130 being max), we will meet for five percent (5%) of those hours. These meetings can include brief phone calls (15-30 Minutes), recorded videos of your work within the field, and longer (1-2 hour video calls). Monthly calendars will be sent at the start of each month with our meeting times and activities that will be covered.

Third Step-Cost & Payments

For Payment an invoice will be sent out at the start of each Month.

Our hourly rate for supervision is $55 per hour for our 1:1 meetings & group supervision meetings.
