Clinical Career Track

At Assure Behavioral Services, we are proud to support professional growth at every stage of your clinical journey. Whether you're just starting out or working toward board certification, we offer structured career pathways and mentorship to help you grow with us.

Behavior Technician

Start your career in the field of ABA while completing your undergraduate degree. As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work directly with children, delivering 1:1 therapy under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and flexible hours that support your academic goals.

Case Manager

After completing your undergraduate degree and enrolling in a master’s program in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you can begin training as a Case Manager. In this transitional role, you’ll continue providing therapy while learning to design treatment goals, support families, and collaborate with a BCBA to build your clinical skills.

Behavior Analyst

Once you complete your master’s degree and pass the BCBA exam, you’ll be promoted to a full Case Manager (BCBA). You’ll lead treatment teams, manage client programs, and collaborate closely with families to ensure meaningful outcomes.

As a BCBA at Assure, you’ll also have opportunities for leadership growth.
