Registered Behavior Technician

Assure Behavioral Services, Remote Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Supervision is directed at building competency and skills within our direct service providers of ABA services. The services provided by our RBT are life changing. RBT’s are a crucial part in facilitating the success of their client’s progress. Our teaching methods encompasses behavior skills training to provide ongoing field training for RBTs. Our BCBA’s provide support towards RBT and their questions related to clients progress, behavior intervention plan and data collection. Assure Behavioral Services offers RBT Competency Assessment for candidates to sit into their examination, 40 Hour- group training for facilitates and schools seeking to certify their staff as RBT and promote knowledge of applied behavior analysis within their facility, and provides on going supervision of 5% of RBT hours required to maintain credential.

Getting Started- Three Steps

First Step- Meet & Greet

Reach out to Assure Behavioral Solutions via Email: Information@assurebehavioral.com here with your availability For a quick and brief phone call to review your goals. Within this phone call we will discuss the overview of the RBT supervision program, curriculum that will be used and requirements that need to be met. Our team will answer all questions related to our services and may tailor teaching to meet your companies need. Following this meeting our team will email required documents to begin our services.

Second Step- Scheduling

After the initial meet and greet, signing of the supervision contract and answering related questions we will start modifying our schedule to meet your busy and productive lifestyle. Depending on the amount of hours you are providing services for, we will meet for five percent (5%) of those hours. These meetings can include brief phone calls (15-30 Minutes), recorded videos of your work within the field, and longer (1-2 hour video calls). Monthly calendars will be sent at the start of each month with our meeting times and activities that will be covered.

Assure Behavioral Solutions offers remote RBT competency assessment for $80. This includes BCBA reviewing video of candidate completing items on assessment task list.
Ongoing remote RBT Supervision and field training which equates to 5% of RBT hours is offered at $40 dollars an hour. This is required by the board to maintain RBT credential.
